Job Description

The Litigation Paralegal provides high-level support to attorneys handling complex commercial litigation matters from case inception through trial and post-trial proceedings. This Shared Services position supports litigators across the firm in a primarily remote environment and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to support demanding litigation needs, including overtime and occasional on-site trial support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support all phases of commercial litigation, including discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and post-trial activities
  • Manage and organize case files, discovery materials, and large-scale document reviews and productions
  • Utilize Relativity to support document review workflows, quality control, and production tracking
  • Assist with depositions, written discovery, expert discovery, and trial preparation
  • Draft and assemble pleadings, motions, notices, and related litigation documents
  • Conduct legal and factual research using tools such as Westlaw and Lexis
  • Prepare document, deposition, and witness summaries
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state procedural and evidentiary rules
  • Maintain accurate daily timekeeping and support department initiatives as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Paralegal Certificate preferred
  • 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience with a strong focus on commercial litigation
  • Required experience using Relativity for document review and productions
  • Proven trial experience, including exhibit and witness support
  • Strong drafting, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and litigation support applications, including Adobe Acrobat

Salary: $85-$100k/yr.
